How to register for the Panel (for new Panelists)?

Click the REGISTER button within the the landing page HOME (only visible if not logged-in). Then fill in your P&G e-mail address, assign a password, click "I am human" and complete the short registration survey. A confirmation email will be sent to your P&G account from info@icf.opinioninsight.com . Please click the Confirmation Button in this email to complete your registration.​

How do I get on your list to do studies?

You will need to be registered first (see above: How to register for the Panel?). After registration, please pay attention to emails for surveys (“screeners”) sent from info@icf.opinioninsight.com via the test-owner to determine your eligibility for upcoming studies.​

Do you have any studies I could participate in soon?​

We never know what's around the corner, but we always have a variety of studies running from product testing in a facility or in your home, interviews about products you are using (either in person or remotely). Each study has unique requirements (demographics & usage habits needed for the test). We send out qualification surveys (“screeners”) for all our upcoming studies. The answers you provide determine your eligibility. Responding fast to these screener surveys (check for emails from prtkronberg.im or study owner email-address) helps to quickly determine if you qualify for the study. ​

How do I know whether or not I qualified for a study?

After completing the qualification survey (“screener”), there are several ways of being selected/scheduled to participate in the research:​

  • If you qualify, you will receive an email shortly with more study & compensation details and the next steps for participating in the test. ​
  • If you don’t qualify, you will not hear from us within the time specified in the qualification survey.​

Please note that each “screener” survey ends with "Thank you for completing our survey ! If you get selected to participate in the study, you'll hear from us to confirm your participation to the test!". ​

We run a lot of studies a year so be sure to check your mailbox often for the next qualification survey (“screener”).​

I have just got an email that states I qualify for a study. What should I do now?

This means you have met the selection criteria for the study and we look forward to welcoming you as a participant for that particular study. All instructions on next steps will be detailed in the email, so please read them carefully and complete the steps specified. In case you have any additional questions, please send us an email via the contact details you can find in the email.

I completed the qualification survey (“screener”) wrongly, can you resend it?

Unfortunately, your answers were captured and the survey can only be completed once.

How much do I get paid for participating in a study?

Compensation spreads over a broad range, depending on the type of the study and the effort associated with it. Once you qualify for a study, you will receive transparent information for the effort and the compensation for this specific study. Compensation is typically done via gift vouchers, Power of You points or Company Shop vouchers.

When do I receive my reward?

In some cases (e.g. electrical Oral or Grooming devices), the test product that you may keep may be your compensation for participating in the test. In other situations, your compensation may differ. In case of Company Shop vouchers, they will be released to you on the last day of the respective month. In other cases e.g. other gift vouchers, you will receive these no later than 10 business days after you have completed a study. If you do not receive your compensation within this time frame, please contact us so we may inquire about the status on your behalf.​

I just finished a study, how long do I have to wait before I qualify to do another one?

The great news is you might not have to wait because we work with a variety of product categories. You just need to watch your email for qualification surveys (“screeners”). Please be sure to check your email often (sender: info@icf.opinioninsight.com).

Why do I not receive emails regarding future studies or getting selected to participate anymore?

There might be several reasons for not getting emails from us. ​

  • The likely cause is that we might not have studies suitable for your profile at this particular time. So we kindly seek your patience.​
  • Sometimes, panelists experience email limitations with their email provider. ​
  • Another reason is suspension or removal from the platform. Due to our study design, panelist’s participation is vital for the research. Panelists who do not show up or do not participate, partially jeopardize the integrity of the whole study. We do know that “Life Happens” and if for any reason you can no longer participate in the research for which you have been selected, we kindly request from you at least a 24 hours cancellation notice, so that we could replace you with someone else. If you happen to miss an appointment and we do not receive any notification from you, we will remove you from our program.
I have colleagues who would like to participate in research as well, where can they subscribe for the panel?

If your colleagues work for P&G Germany, you can share the link of this portal and request them to register or go to INVITE A COKLLEAGUE tab upon log-in and invite them by submitting their e-mail address.

I have family and friends who would like to participate in research as well, where can they subscribe for the panel?​

This panel is for P&G employees only. However, we have a separate panel for external consumers. Your family and friends can subscribe to it via this link provided (1) they live in Germany and (2) don’t live in the same household as you are.​
